Tellado Realty, a prominent luxury real estate developer in Goa, known for projects like
Tellado Villas (Siolim) and Baia Villas (Mandrem), has sold its hospitality business to villa
rental brand StayVista.
StayVista announced it would be offering fully-serviced accommodations at Tellado’s
properties in Assagao, Siolim, Mandrem, and Aldona. This deal marks one of StayVista’s
first strategic moves to strengthen its B2B segment, providing facility management, design
consulting, and sales services to developers nationwide.
Pranav Maheshwari, StayVista’s co-founder, praised Tellado’s focus on luxury, calling it
“inspiring.” He expressed excitement about continuing to deliver premium hospitality
experiences across the Tellado villa network through StayVista.
Rahul Agarwal, founder and managing director of Tellado Realty, said the move allows the
company to focus on building top-tier luxury villas in Goa while leaving operations and
management to StayVista.
