Tech Mahindra has bolstered its leadership team in India by appointing Venkatesh SG as the
Senior Vice President and Head of the Financial Services sector. Venkatesh, who brings over
three decades of experience to the role, will focus on expanding Tech Mahindra’s business in
the banking, insurance, and broader financial services industries.
Venkatesh joins Tech Mahindra after spending the last three years as Senior Vice President
and Head of the Customer Success Group at SunTec. Based in Bangalore, he was
instrumental in managing and strengthening SunTec’s global client relationships, spanning
more than 45 countries. Before his tenure at SunTec, he served as Chief Customer Officer at
Clari5 and has held senior positions at ITC Infotech, EdgeVerve (Infosys), Intel, and IBM.
“Venkatesh brings a robust background in product and systems integration, with extensive
experience in core banking, fraud detection, and revenue management products, in addition to
growing services businesses in the financial services sector,” said Mohit Joshi, CEO and
