Savills India has promoted Sarita Grace Hunt to Managing Director for Bengaluru and
Hyderabad, effective August 1, 2024. This move highlights Savills’ commitment to
expanding in India, with Sarita playing a key role in the success of the Bengaluru office and
now also overseeing Hyderabad.
“Sarita has been instrumental in establishing our Bengaluru office as one of our top
performers. Her strategic leadership will be crucial for our Hyderabad business, driving
significant growth,” said Anurag Mathur, CEO of Savills India.
With over 25 years of real estate experience, Sarita’s visionary, people-centric approach has
built strong relationships with key industry players. She expressed excitement about leading
the Hyderabad office, seeing it as an opportunity to leverage client synergies and drive the
firm’s vision forward.
The Hyderabad office, established in 2020, was previously led by Sesha Sai, who is retiring.
Hyderabad’s rapid economic growth, particularly in the IT-BPM and pharmaceuticals sectors,
positions it as a rising challenger to Bangalore, and Sarita’s leadership will be pivotal in
seizing new opportunities in the market.
